Description

The Store Manager role involves overseeing daily operations of a high-performing retail branch, leading a team of five Team Leads to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets. The position includes full responsibility for stock management, merchandising, financial controls, customer service, and staff performance. It requires at least five years’ retail management experience, strong operational and financial skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment across Midlands and North Coast mall locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales and profitability targets are met
• Manage end-to-end stock and inventory, including planning, ordering, and shrinkage control
• Implement merchandising standards and promotional strategies in line with brand guidelines
• Handle store finances, budgeting, cash controls, and operational compliance
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalations

Qualifications

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Matric (essential)
• You will need to pass an MIE check, no criminal record and clear credit rating
